Scriptures: 1 Thessalonians 5:12-22, Galatians 5:22-23 and Philippians 4:4-5 (NKJV)
The bible admonishes us to always be joyful. Always keep on praying. No matter what happens, always be thankful. For this is God’s will for those of you who belong to Christ. Choosing to pray without ceasing is an acknowledgment of having intimacy with God’s Word.
Too often, we allow the rigidity of prayer to steal our joy in praying. One can only pray without ceasing when it is lifestyle and not a formula. Our natural instincts should never override God’s beckoning presence. In other words, our prayers should not cease or fluctuate every time our situation or circumstances change.
